1. What types of artworks do you offer? / 您們提供哪些類型的藝術品?

MasterArt Shop specializes in a curated selection of exquisite ink and color artworks. Each piece is designed to evoke deep emotions and philosophical reflections, making them suitable for both personal enjoyment and as valuable additions to art collections.

2. Are the artworks one-of-a-kind? / 每件作品是否皆為獨一無二?

Yes, every artwork available at MasterArt Shop is one-of-a-kind. This uniqueness ensures that each piece is distinct and cannot be replicated, enhancing its value and appeal.
是的,本畫廊所有作品均為獨一無二,無法複製,確保其獨特性與收藏價值。

Is the artwork size exactly as shown in the images? / 圖片中的藝術品尺寸是否為實際大小?
Please note that the size of the artwork may differ from how it appears in the images. All visuals are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Do the artworks come framed? / 藝術品是否附有畫框?
Yes, each piece includes a ready-to-hang frame for ease of display.
是的,每件藝術品皆附有可直接懸掛的畫框,方便您即時陳列與欣賞。

 

4. What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged? / 如果收到的藝術品有損壞,我該如何處理?

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the damage and the original packaging. All claims will be carefully reviewed by the MasterArt team.
若您的藝術品在運送過程中受損,請於收貨後 48 小時內通知我們,並提供清晰的損壞及包裝照片。所有申訴將由 MasterArt 團隊進行審核。

Due to the unique nature of each artwork and the complexity of shipping conditions, we reserve the right to determine whether compensation is warranted. If approved, compensation may be partial and is not guaranteed.
鑒於每件作品的獨特性及運送情況的多變性,我們保留決定是否提供賠償的權利。若申訴獲准,賠償可能為部分金額,且不保證一定提供。

As each piece is one-of-a-kind, replacements or exchanges are not possible. Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
由於每件作品皆為獨一無二,無法提供替換或換貨。超過 48 小時提出的申訴將不予受理。

 

5. How long does shipping take? /  從下單到收貨大約需要幾天?

Hong Kong orders: 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
香港訂單:付款確認後1–10個工作天內送達。

6. What are your shipping fees? / 請問藝術品運送的相關費用為多少?
A flat shipping fee of HKD $350 is charged per order. This includes mandatory insurance to protect your artwork during transit. If the actual shipping cost exceeds this amount, MasterArt will cover the difference to ensure your piece arrives safely and without extra burden.
每張訂單將收取港幣 $350的固定運費,費用已包含運送過程中的強制保險費用,以保障您的藝術品安全送達。若實際運費超出此金額,若實際運費超出固定金額,MasterArt 將負責補足差額,確保您的作品順利送達。

 

7. Can I return or exchange my artwork? 我可以退換藝術品嗎?

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of each piece, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
所有銷售均為最終交易。因作品獨特性,我們不接受退貨、換貨或取消訂單。

 

8. How can I track my order? / 我該如何追蹤我的訂單?

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
訂單出貨後,我們將透過電子郵件提供追蹤號碼。

 

9. What if I provided the wrong shipping information? / 如果我填錯了收件地址,應如何處理?
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If you realize your delivery address is incorrect, kindly email us at support@masterart.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
請於結帳時確認收件資訊無誤。若您發現地址填寫錯誤,請於下單後24小時內電郵至 support@masterart.shop 聯絡我們。我們無法對因地址錯誤或不完整所導致的延誤或遺失承擔責任。

 

10. Do you offer custom or commissioned artworks? / 您們有提供客製或委託創作的藝術品服務嗎?

Yes, we offer custom pieces. These are non-refundable and non-returnable.
我們提供訂製及委託作品。此類作品一經訂購,恕不退換。

 

11. Is my payment secure? / 我的付款是否安全?

All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.
所有交易均經加密處理,保障您的個人及付款資訊安全。

 

12. Is customer satisfaction guaranteed? / 如果我對產品不滿意,是否可以退款或更換?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our artworks, all sales are final. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.
因作品獨一無二,所有銷售均為最終交易。購買前如有疑問,歡迎與我們聯繫。

13. Do you offer international shipping? / 是否提供國際運送?
We currently accept orders for delivery within Hong Kong only. International shipping is not available by default, but we welcome inquiries. If your shipping address is outside Hong Kong, please email support@masterart.shop and we’ll be happy to explore custom arrangements.
目前僅提供香港地區的藝術品配送服務,國際運送尚未開放為標準選項,但我們樂意協助安排。若您的收件地址不在香港,請電郵至 support@masterart.shop,我們將竭誠協助安排專屬配送事宜。
