Refund policy
1. All Sales Are Final / 所有銷售皆為最終決定
- Every artwork is one‑of‑a‑kind, and therefore no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.
- 每件藝術品皆為獨一無二,因此一旦下單後,不接受退貨、換貨或取消訂單。
2. Damaged Items / 損壞商品
- If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- 若您的藝術品在運送過程中受損,請於收貨後 48 小時內提供清晰的損壞及包裝照片並通知我們。
- All damage claims will be carefully reviewed by the MasterArt team.
所有損壞申訴將由 MasterArt 團隊進行審核。 - Due to the unique nature of each artwork and the complexity of shipping conditions, we reserve the right to determine whether compensation is warranted.
- 鑒於每件作品的獨特性及運送情況的多變性,我們保留決定是否提供賠償的權利。
Compensation, if approved, may be partial and is not guaranteed. - 若申訴獲准,賠償可能為部分金額,且不保證一定提供。
- As each piece is one-of-a-kind, replacements or exchanges are not possible.
由於每件作品皆為獨一無二,無法提供替換或換貨。 - Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
超過 48 小時提出的申訴將不予受理。
Eligible Artwork Damage (Not Packaging) / 可申請退款的藝術品損壞情況(不包括包裝)
- Tears or punctures on the canvas, paper, or artwork surface
- 畫布、紙張或作品表面出現撕裂或穿孔
- Severe scratches, dents, or abrasions affecting the painted or printed area
- 嚴重刮痕、凹陷或磨損影響繪畫或印刷部分
- Water damage or staining directly on the artwork
- 作品本身出現水漬或污漬
- Color fading, smudging, or ink transfer caused during transit
- 運送過程中造成的顏色褪色、暈染或墨跡轉移
- Broken or cracked frame/glass (if the frame is part of the artwork)
- 畫框或玻璃破裂/裂痕(若畫框屬於作品的一部分)
- Warping or bending of the artwork substrate (canvas, board, or paper)
- 作品基底(畫布、畫板或紙張)翹曲或彎曲
3. Shipping Fees / 運費
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer at the time of purchase and are non‑refundable.
- 運費由顧客於購買時支付,且不予退還。
4. Color & Appearance Disclaimer / 顏色與外觀聲明
- Please note that colors, textures, and scale may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, and lighting.
- 請注意,因螢幕設定、攝影與光線影響,顏色、質感與比例可能略有差異。
- Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
- 此類差異不屬於瑕疵,不在退款範圍內。
5. Custom & Commissioned Works / 客製與委託作品
- Custom or commissioned artworks are non‑refundable and non‑returnable under any circumstances.
- 客製或委託創作的作品在任何情況下均不接受退貨或退款。
6. Refund Processing / 退款流程
- Approved partial refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- 經核准的部分退款將於7–14 個工作天內退回至原付款方式。
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the claim does not meet the conditions outlined above.
- 若申訴不符合上述條件,我們保留拒絕退款的權利。
7. Curatorial Sync Issue / 策展同步問題
- In rare cases, an artwork may be sold before its availability is updated on the platform due to a curatorial sync issue.
在少數情況下,作品可能在平台尚未更新其可購狀態前已被售出,導致策展同步問題。 - If this occurs, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method and notify you promptly.
若發生此情況,我們將全額退款至原付款方式,並立即通知您。 - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
