Welcome to our online art gallery. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms / 條款接受

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
使用本網站即表示您已年滿 18 歲（或您所在司法管轄區的成年年齡），並同意本條款。如您不同意，請勿使用本服務。

 

2. Products & Services / 產品與服務

  • All artworks listed are unique, one‑of‑a‑kind pieces.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove listings at any time without prior notice.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • 所有上架藝術品均為獨一無二。
  • 我們保留隨時更新、修改或移除作品的權利，恕不另行通知。
  • 價格如有變動，恕不另行通知。

 

3. Orders & Payments / 訂單與付款

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • All sales are final; no cancellations are permitted once an order is placed.
  • 訂單僅在收到全額付款後確認。
  • 我們接受結帳頁面所示的付款方式。
  • 所有銷售為最終決定；一旦下單，恕不接受取消。

 

4. Shipping & Delivery / 運送與交付

  • Hong Kong Orders: Delivery within 5–10 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery within 10–21 business days, subject to customs clearance.
  • Shipping fees and mandatory insurance are paid by the customer.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • 香港訂單：5–10 個工作天內送達。
  • 國際訂單：10–21 個工作天內送達，視清關情況而定。
  • 運費及必須的保險費用由顧客支付。
  • 運送時間僅供參考，並非保證。

 

5. Returns & Refunds / 退貨與退款

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Verified claims will receive a partial refund of the purchase price.
  • Packaging damage alone is not eligible for refund.
  • 不接受退貨或換貨。
  • 若藝術品在運送過程中受損，請於 48 小時內提供照片通知我們。
  • 經核實後，將退還作品售價的部分退款。
  • 僅包裝受損不屬於退款範圍。

 

6. Intellectual Property / 知識產權

  • All content on this website (images, text, design) is owned by us or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.
  • 本網站所有內容（圖片、文字、設計）均屬於我們或授權方所有。
  • 未經書面同意，不得複製、轉載或使用任何內容。

 

7. Limitation of Liability / 責任限制

  • We are not liable for delays, customs issues, or losses caused by third‑party couriers.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the artwork.
  • 對於因第三方快遞、清關或延誤造成的損失，我們不承擔責任。
  • 在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們的責任僅限於您支付的作品金額。

 

8. Governing Law / 適用法律

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
  • 本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。
  • 任何爭議將由香港法院專屬管轄。

 

9. Changes to Terms / 條款修改

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • 我們保留隨時更新或修改本條款的權利。
  • 條款修改後，您繼續使用本網站即表示接受更新後的條款。
