Delivery Timeframes / 運送時間

  • Hong Kong Orders: Artwork will be delivered within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • 香港訂單：付款確認後，藝術品將於 5–10 個工作天內送達。

Shipping Scope / 運送範圍

  • We currently accept orders for delivery within Hong Kong only.
    目前僅提供香港地區的藝術品配送服務。
  • International shipping is not available by default, but we welcome inquiries.
    目前尚未開放國際運送選項，但我們樂意協助安排。
  • If you're interested in purchasing an artwork and your shipping address is outside Hong Kong, please email support@masterart.shop. Our team will be happy to explore custom shipping arrangements to your destination.
    若您希望購買藝術品但收件地址不在香港，請電郵至 support@masterart.shop，我們將竭誠協助安排專屬配送事宜。

Shipping Fees & Insurance / 運費與保險

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
  • 運費將於結帳時計算，並由顧客於購買時支付。
  • Insurance is mandatory for all shipments due to the value of the artworks, and the cost of insurance is included in the shipping fee, paid by the customer.
  • 由於藝術品具高價值，所有運送均必須投保，保險費用已包含於運費內，並由顧客支付。
  • For any art piece priced above HKD 50,000, customers will need to pick up their purchase at a designated location arranged by MasterArt. This ensures safe handling and proper delivery of high‑value artworks. 任何價格超過 HKD 50,000 的藝術品，客戶需於 MasterArt 安排的指定地點領取，以確保高價藝術品的安全處理與妥善交付。
  • Customers are welcome to contact MasterArt directly if they wish to purchase any item listed on our website in person, regardless of its value. We will be happy to arrange the details with you. 無論網站上列出的藝術品價值多少，客戶皆可直接聯繫 MasterArt 進行當面購買，我們將樂意為您安排相關細節。

Tracking / 追蹤服務

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
  • 訂單出貨後，我們將透過電子郵件提供追蹤號碼。

Important Notes / 注意事項

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, courier service disruptions, or public holidays).
  • 運送時間僅供參考，實際送達時間可能因清關、快遞服務延誤或公眾假期而有所不同。
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
  • 顧客需確保提供正確的收件資訊，如因地址錯誤導致延誤或遺失，本店恕不負責。
